Casa del Sol is located 12 Km north of town
Comprised of 3 units total - 3100 sq. ft. The upstairs is a one bedroom unit that is the owners unit. This unit will rent only if the the rest of the units are booked or you need more room.
The downstairs units are (2) efficiencies - About 650 sq. feet with kitchenette, small electric frig., bottled water, dishes, flatware, kichen cooking supplies, (1) queen bed, (1) single bed, (2) hammocks, (1) 6.5 foot couch, (1) dinette table for two, (2) patio chairs, (2) beach lounge chairs. Bedding and large towel sets.

Electricity is provided by a solar powered 24-volt battery charging system run through a 2400-watt inverter to create the same 110 a/c that is standard in the U.S. Note that appliances which generate heat require a large amount of energy. These include hair dryers, clothes irons, electric coffeepots and toasters--all of which are prohibited, as they do damage to the solar system.
There are ceiling fans but fortunately, the ocean breezes usually keep the entire house comfortable without their use
