Tierra Maya is a small, privately owned Resort located 3.6 Km. north of Xcalak. Six attractive and spacious ocean front rooms with 24 hr electricity, ceiling fans, refrigerators and optional Air-conditioning (in three of six rooms) 6pm to 8am make Tierra a destination you have been longing for. Telephone, Fax and E-mail are available and you have free use of bicycles and ocean kayak.

The Maya Grill, our attractive new Breakfast-Restaurant/Bar-Grill completes Tierra Maya as a full service tropical retreat. We serve you the best and freshest foods in the area, but will not tie you down in "all inclusive" packages, leaving you free to sample food fares in Xcalak eateries at your discretion.

The surrounding splendor of the Mexican Caribbean, tropical trees and exotic greenery TIERRA MAYA creates the perfect union of luxury and casual beach-front living.
With some of the finest fishing, diving, and snorkeling just off shore, comfortable hammocks, easy reading books, delicious food and drink either in or near your room, the only pressure exerted upon you while staying at Tierra Maya will be to choose which activity to undertake when.

To make your choices easier we arrange for you Off-shore fishing, fly-fishing, snorkeling, bird watching and boat excursions to San Pedro, Belize with guides directly from our dock. Scuba lessons, Certifications, diving on the local barrier reef and to the famed Chinchorro Banks are arranged for you with one of our Xcalak dive operators.
